As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about data and its pivotal role in driving success. As our Lead Data Analytics Strategist, you won’t just be crunching numbers – you’ll be at the epicenter of our growth strategy, supporting every team in the company to challenge and improve their operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Stack Development: Build, manage, and optimize our data stack. This involves extracting data from business tools using leading ETL tools (like Airbyte, Fivetran, Stitch) and managing a data warehouse on BigQuery. You’ll also be working on exposing this data to Metabase for clear, actionable visualization.

2. Dashboard Creation & Management: For each of our GTM teams, craft two types of dashboards:

   • A strategic dashboard that provides executives with insights for data-driven decisions.

   • An operational dashboard that teams use daily to gauge performance.

3. Education & Documentation: It’s not about doing all the work – it’s about empowering others. Produce comprehensive documentation and training material, ensuring teams can harness data independently and effectively.

4. Innovative Metric Development: Step beyond the asked and dive into the uncharted. Develop revolutionary metrics that could reshape our strategies. This includes devising algorithms for lead scoring and predicting revenue trends.

5. Customer Data Platform Leadership: Play a pivotal role in the creation of our upcoming Customer Data Platform. Lead, onboard, and envision the future of customer conversation at Veesion.

6. Continuous Learning & Teaching: While you broaden your horizons in Revenue Operations or Data Science, share your expertise with the team. At Veesion, we believe in growing together.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analytics role.

• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, and Stitch.

• Experience with data warehousing solutions, preferably BigQuery.

• Strong understanding of dashboard creation, especially in Metabase.

• Excellent documentation and training skills.

• Innovative and proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying transformative metrics.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage with a diverse team.

• You speak fluently english, french is a plus as we’re a french company.
