🎯 Objective: be Toucan’s technical expert who successfully helps customers deploy the platform
Become a Toucan Product Specialist to Delight our customers, specialized on helping customers who are embedding analytics in their product
Define and kickstart a path to victory to support customers, who are implementing a Toucan project
Work closely with Customer Success Team, during Onboarding Phase or new project from existing customers to ensure a smooth customer journey
As a Toucan Product Specialist, you are the customer-facing technical contact
Support the Customer on technical questions with proactive sessions such as
Understand Customer’s technical and data stack
Provides advice on how to process data with Toucan
Supporting the Customer with Toucan Integration (Authentication, SDK, API…) & documentation
EXAMPLES OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES
Ensure stickiness of the Toucan Platform by successfully implementing integration (SSO, third-party tools), delivering technical expertise on how to integrate Toucan to their technical environment (data architecture, data update process, data flows, …) & troubleshooting
Develop and improve repeatable and scalable processes in the Customer Journey and contribute to the best practices knowledge base to improve project quality and delivery
Deliver audits to clients about design & performance alongside the Care Team if needed
Interact with several Toucan teams such as
The Presales Team to understand the Customer context after the contract signature
The Onboarding Manager (functional side) in order to support the Customer Onboarding Journey
The CSM Team to give insights about Customer Context and help with account stickiness
The Product Team to give feedback and help with new features and discovery
Hard Skills
Good understanding of the Modern Data Stack
Cloud Data Warehouse
Extract Transform Load (ETL)
Data Visualization
API
and more like Data Catalogs, Data Ingestion, Machine Learning things
Experience in data visualization
Understanding or experience with web development technologies or experience (HTML, CSS, JS, SDK, API)
Experience with SQL
If possible experience in software architecture
Soft Skills
Excellent customer contact (external if possible, at least internal)
Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to synthesize
Proactive approach
Fluent English speaker and writer
