Descriptif du poste

The IMCAS Finance Department is looking for a full-time, experienced Accounting Manager with a diverse list of tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Financial Reporting and Accounting

·      Oversee general accounting up to the closing of the financial statements.

·      Prepare and deliver quarterly reporting and weekly cash flow reporting and forecasting.

·      Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

·      Manage accounts payable and receivable.

·      Manage supplier payments in a timely and efficient manner.

Compliance and Tax Management

·      Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.

·      Manage VAT, corporate tax returns, and other mandatory submissions.

·      Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and accounting firms.

·      Maintain accurate corporate records and support legal matters such as board meetings and general assemblies.

Process Improvement

·      Develop and implement best practices for accounting processes and systems.

Cross-Border Operations

·      Establish multi-currency accounting.

·      International scope with our Hong Kong subsidiary.

Team Collaboration

·      Collaborating within a team of four members (Finance/Accounting +HR)

·      Promote a culture of accountability, precision, and collaboration.

·      Help advising the business on international accounting and tax matters.

·      Conduct quarterly reporting to the parent company.


Profil recherché

This position involves being rigorous, organized, and energetic.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (DCG, DSCG, or equivalent certification preferred).

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accounting role within a company’s accounting department or an accounting firm.

  • B2+ English skills and C1+ French skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

  • Autonomous and proactive, while also an effective team player.

  • Proficiency in SAGE accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is mandatory.
