Swan is looking for a DevOps to join its tech team of 30+ people and in particular its Infrastructure team of 5 people.

Spirit of the job:

• You will work with the development team to help them build robust, easy to run and easy to build applications
• You will create some necessary tooling for your tasks
• You will have the opportunity to solve problems in one of the most demanding IT domains.
• You will improve the performance of a system with a rapidly growing load.
• You will define and document best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure

On a daily basis, this will result in:

• Develop and implement technical efforts to deploy applications
• Participate in all aspects of the deployment life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
• Educate teams on the new devOps tools

• Ideally, a good knowledge of Kafka, Python and Go
• A good culture of technology trends (news, meetups…)
• You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Ability to communicate with clarity, humility, and precision
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player and fun to work with
• Excellent working abilities in English
