Kamino Retail (powered by Equativ) stands at the forefront of retail media innovation as a pioneering SAAS platform. Join us in shaping the future of retail media through innovation, collaboration, and strategic prowess.To support its strong growth in France and internationally, Kamino Retail is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager - Retail Media, to strengthen its 5-person Sales team in France.

✏️What you will do:

  • As part of the Account Management team, you'll help support our key accounts (Fnac, Darty, Auchan, Boulanger...). We'll be counting on you on a daily basis, in particular to :
  • Act as the main point of contact for retailers and their advertising departments, building strong relationships and supporting their needs.
  • Act as retailers' point of contact with internal technical teams (reporting product and/or technical needs, bugs, data analysis, etc.).
  • Train users by preparing training materials and user guides to help customers make full use of our tools (documentation on Kamino’s platform and systems).
  • Contribute to the creation of presentation materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

    • 💪 About you:

  • Strong interest in retail, digital advertising and/or SaaS platforms.
  • First experience in marketing, advertising or sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from raw data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dynamic team player.
  • Fluency in French; English or any other language is a plus.
