Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will structure and execute Account Management at Skillup.

You are in charge of :

Upsell + Renew

  • Upsell & Renew major clients
  • Develop roadmap and objectives with customers, run business reviews and monitor impact
  • Ensure Skillup platform is persistently used and new value points are communicated and established
  • Ensure all contracts are sound and bullet-proof
  • Support CSM team to value and price ad-hoc work
  • Build a community of advocates inside the account
  • Define objectives and retro planning for renew

Customer Satisfaction

  • Give visibility on achievement in Hubspot pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Supervise customer product requests and complains
  • Manage all customers reviews and referral
  • Is commited to very high level of customer satisfaction

Profil recherché

Preferred experience :

  • Sucessful experience in fast changing SaaS environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and sales experience : you are the client’s business point of contact
  • Very strong organisational skills to plan ahead account management and prioritize actions
  • Professional english is a plus to support Skillup’s international development plan
  • A Bac +5 diploma is required, either via a master’s degree in a business school, or a master’s degree at university
