Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will structure and execute Account Management at Skillup.
You are in charge of :
Upsell + Renew
- Upsell & Renew major clients
- Develop roadmap and objectives with customers, run business reviews and monitor impact
- Ensure Skillup platform is persistently used and new value points are communicated and established
- Ensure all contracts are sound and bullet-proof
- Support CSM team to value and price ad-hoc work
- Build a community of advocates inside the account
- Define objectives and retro planning for renew
- Give visibility on achievement in Hubspot pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Supervise customer product requests and complains
- Manage all customers reviews and referral
- Is commited to very high level of customer satisfaction
Preferred experience :
- Sucessful experience in fast changing SaaS environment
- Good interpersonal skills and sales experience : you are the client’s business point of contact
- Very strong organisational skills to plan ahead account management and prioritize actions
- Professional english is a plus to support Skillup’s international development plan
- A Bac +5 diploma is required, either via a master’s degree in a business school, or a master’s degree at university
