Context
As the leader of our Operational excellence team, you will be key in building the best tools and processes possible to grow the most efficient sales and customer machine on the market.
Missions
(i) Grow your team into the best talent
You will manage a team of 9 people focused on different missions :
- Ops management : Developement of our CRM, related tools and integration, implementation of new processes and tools. Some people are specialized in first level development (parametres and flows on Salesforce for instance - thay are called revops manager) others are able to code (APEX, API integrationcalled techops managers)
- Analytics : analyze performance of our revenue teams and find new “pockets of growth”
- Project management : in charge of leading impactful and innovative projects, working hand in hand with ops
- ADV : in charge of maintainance, control and administration of all our tools ecosystem and processes for Revenue teams ;
Your mission is to recruit and develop top performers, fullfilled team players, and organize your team to deliver efficiently through impactful rituals and methodology.
(ii) Manage our ops excellence roadmap and be the voice for internal productivity
In relationship with our Exec Team (VP Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, CTO, CFO, CEO, Chief Of Staff), you will :
- prioritize the most valuable feature and projects for our internal efficiency
- look for innovative ways to help the different teams gain efficiency and / or grow our revenue more efficiently, that they might not have thought of.
- communicate efficiency on the delivery of this roadmap among your different internal clients. You will be the advocacy for internal efficiency and will insure that it is a priority for every managers in our teams.
(iii) Project and change management
- Lead technical and ops project to improve your team efficiency : for instance migrate our "startup" salesforce production to a new production to help/enable the company in the acceleration/scale up
- insure in coordination with our tech team architects and product managers, that the decisions we take on salesforce and related tools / process are aligned with the way we build our product and our business vision.
Types of Cross-Functional Projects:
- Migration from one CRM instance to another to improve the productivity of our revenue teams.
- Redesigning our self-serve process and funnel to enhance the LTV of this channel. Implementation of a prospecting automation tool to boost the productivity of the sales teams.
- Revamping our offering to improve our ARPU and the perceived value by our clients.
Success Metrics:
- % of revenue growth
- % churn rate
- Conversion rate across all channels
- Productivity gain (particularly for the revenue teams)
Qualifications
- Strong inter communication skills and excellent capacity to interact with business as well as tech stakeholdersy
- Organisation and great ability to deliver complex projects
- Ability to simplify complexity and to explain it clearly
- Outstanding business vision and strong analytical skills
- Proven experience in managing tech people and teams.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and back office challenges
- Product sensibility and apetence
