Within the Marketing department, you will join the Growth team. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through a combination of managing paid channels and outbound strategies (email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting). As a key member of the Growth team, you will play a crucial role in executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Your missions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that combine outbound tactics and paid channels (e.g., PPC, display advertising, social media advertising).
  • Deploy paid strategy in Silvr markets, adapting campaigns to local nuances and optimizing for regional success.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (ads and landing pages) to maximize ROI and achieve targeted conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement an A/B testing optimization roadmap for paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Implement effective email campaigns, crafting compelling content to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    What you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B growth campaigns with a focus on outbound strategies and paid channels.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
    • Experience with outbound tactics, such as email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Fluent in English and French (C1 at least in both languages).

     

      Recruitment Process:

      1. A 30-minute video call with Ombline, Talent Acquisition Manager,
      2. 1 hour with Andrea, our Growth Lead and future manager for this position (Technical Interview),
      3. A Case study (preparation at home and debrief) + Cultural Fit Interview- 1 hour  (with Andrea and Benoît, our VP of Growth),
      4. Meet Nima, the CEO, and co-founder, in visio or at the office for 30 minutes.

      Profil recherché
