Within the Marketing department, you will join the Growth team. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through a combination of managing paid channels and outbound strategies (email, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting). As a key member of the Growth team, you will play a crucial role in executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful B2B growth campaigns with a focus on outbound strategies and paid channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and social media.
Experience with outbound tactics, such as email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Fluent in English and French (C1 at least in both languages).
