Descriptif du poste

Silvr - one of the leading European Neo-Lender for SMEs

Silvr provides fast, secure, and easy-to-access funding for SMBs. Pioneering advanced data-based scoring technology, Silvr supports the development of companies that want to diversify their funding sources. Since its creation in 2020, Silvr has already deployed more than €150M to hundreds of digital companies.

With over 50 employees today, Silvr has built a unique financial scoring system that is based purely on precise, real-time, non-falsifiable data - which every business can connect in minutes. After the successful start in France, the company opened its German headquarters in Berlin in January 2023. With over €330M of capital raised in equity and debt from 2020, Silvr is currently the fastest-growing digital lender in Europe.

To achieve this ambitious mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Developer to join our Revenue team.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations and product, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and spread uncover market insights;
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in the company's CRM system (Hubspot);
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure;
  • Remote policy: up to 2 days remote per week and a budget for remote equipment (€200);
  • Morning Offices in Paris 2e (including fitness room!);
  • Books and training: unlimited budget to order books for learning continuously;

  • Fluency in French and at least C1 in English;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously;
