As a B2B Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our business clients. Your primary mission is to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. You will act as a key player in handling escalations and complex problems, driving continuous improvement in our support processes, and maintaining up-to-date documentation to aid in our service delivery.

🔨What you will do

Ticket Management:

  • Handle incoming support tickets through Zendesk, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution

Problem Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve recurring customer issues and escalations, ensuring effective and timely solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand and resolve technical issues impacting clients.

    Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

    • Update internal documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive and accessible.
    • Develop and maintain external client-facing documentation, including FAQs and how-to guides.
