Descriptif du poste

A fast-growing FinTech scale-up based in Paris, offering an innovative SaaS solution to streamline and optimize financial management for businesses. The company is looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced SDR to generate high-value opportunities through intensive outbound prospecting targeting C-Level decision-makers in mid-sized companies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting in international markets.

  • Book qualified meetings with high-level decision-makers (C-Level, CFOs, CEOs) and hand them over to Account Executives.

  • Customize outreach strategies based on prospect needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and optimize outbound campaigns.


Profil recherché

Profil recherché :

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or Business Developer, preferably in a FinTech or SaaS environment.

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum), both written and spoken, to engage with international clients.

  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling skills with a structured, results-driven approach.

  • Resilient, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.

This role is not for you if:

You do not have at least one year of experience as a SDR or Business Developper, excluding internships and part-time.

You are not fluent in english, both in written and oral expression.

You are uncomfortable with cold calling and managing sales cycles involving C-Level decision-makers.
