Your Future Team:

The FP&A Team collaborates closely with actuary, data, and sales teams to analyze performance, develop financial forecasts, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

What You’ll Do:

As an FP&A & strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making across Seyna.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker with strong financial acumen to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing company.

With that in mind, you’ll:

Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (GWP, Gross margin, ARR, LTV, CAC) on a monthly basis.

  • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and provide explanations for key drivers of performance.

  • Partner with teams across Seyna to deliver and maintain monthly business review.

Prepare insightful presentations for senior management and stakeholders:

  • Contribute to the definition and roll-out of Seyna’s strategic plan, OKR, budget, and forecasts.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements:

  • Within the FP&A function: contribute to the improvement and automation of the financial reporting process.

  • With other teams: identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements; structure and lead initiatives to deliver them.

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to tackle complex financial challenges effectively.

  • You have a rigorous approach to your work and excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all financial analyses and reports.

  • You have a proactive approach to self-improvement, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, allowing you to create, manipulate, and analyze large datasets with ease.

  • You have effective communication skills, both in French and English (verbal and written), to convey financial insights and recommendations clearly and concisely.
