Why do we need you?

Reply started its operations in Paris in 2017. Our activities have been expanding ever since, as have our need for dedicated IT Support.

We want to strengthen our IT Services team with an experienced professional attached to our office in Paris and mobile in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your team and scope

You will join our ICT team, which provides critical ICT infrastructure and application services to all Reply companies in France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.

Your manager will be located in London, and your colleagues will be based in the UK and Italy - you will be part of an international team.

Your main office will be in Paris, but our colleagues in Brussels and Luxembourg will need your services - you will travel to Belgium and Luxembourg occasionally.

Your responsibility

You will be responsible for ensuring that our ICT infrastructure functions efficiently and securely and contributing to solutions to improve it.

Main job duties

• Provide business users in Paris with remote and on-site infrastructure and application support.

• Ensure that all tickets are owned and progressed through their lifecycle to a prompt resolution and agreed customer closure, ensuring timely escalation to another team as/when necessary.

• Create new or improve existing solutions and processes to enhance the workplace experience for our employees in Paris.

• Participate in implementing new solutions to enable the integration of our IS with that of the Group.

• Occasionally travel to our offices in Brussels and Luxembourg to support their IT operations.

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a closely related field

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting Infrastructure, Networks and Security

• Hands-on experience with a variety of systems and technologies, including

  • TCP/IP networking and ISO layers,

  • web applications and protocols (DNS, TLS, HTTP), Active Directory, DHCP; MS Exchange, MS Office365; Windows / MacOS, Windows Servers, Virtual machines;

  • Wi-Fi access points and controllers; VPNs; anti-virus systems; printers

• The ability to work with a multicultural remote team

• The ability to quickly solve problems

• The desire to Learn New Technologies

• Proficient in English & French both verbally and in writing

• Possibility to travel throughout Europe (e.g., Italy, Belux)

Appreciated:

• Speaking in Italian

• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies such as firewalls, routers, switches, network proxies and telephony systems

• Any ICT professional certification
