GitGuardian teams have developed a source code security platform for the DevOps generation. Our solutions are already used by more than 400K developers worldwide!

Mission

• Maintain our IT assets inventory (laptops, screens, printers, video conferencing systems, switches, mouse, keyboards, etc.)
• Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers
• Prepare, install laptops (hardware and software deployment)
• Onboard new users by creating their Google Workspace account and managing their access rights on our internal tools and SaaS applications
• Ensure the security of our assets, in compliance with our SOC 2 policies
• Provide support to users on laptops and IT devices (video conferencing, printing, etc.)
• Maintain, configure and support our networking equipments
• Write, maintain and improve technical documentations for the IT team, and end-user documentations for all employees and contractors
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain IT systems and procedures
• Document IT procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Train end-users on new hardware and software applications
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field

You will participate in the following projects:

 

• Test and choose the best equipments, optimizing price, comfort, and hardware / software compatibility
• Implement GitGuardian’s MDM (Mobile Device Management) system
• Implement GitGuardian’s IT asset management software
• Work with the SRE team to provide a safe, reliable and secure work environment to all Guardians and contractors

Our technical environment:

• Google Workspace Slack, Notion, SAML & SSO authentication
  
• Gitlab for ticketing, technical documentation and Infrastructure as Code versioning
  
• Ubuntu Linux on Dell XPS laptops or MacOS on Apple laptops
  
  

Requirements

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 5 years of previous experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Linux, and macOS
• Previous experience with an MDM or IT asset management system
• Passion for computer hardware & software, support and automation
• Good english skills

• You have worked in a SOC 2 compliant, or ISO 27001 certified environment
• You don’t hand passwords to users on post-it notes ;-)
• You’re a true team player, always willing to help your peers improve their skills!
• You have a deep understanding of the startups dynamics and challenges
