Your missions will include:
Participating in the steering of the Product roadmap and communicating it internally.
Managing the lifecycle of new features from the needs analysis to production deployment:
Functional and graphic design.
Functional specifications.
Functional validation.
Documentation follow-up.
Daily monitoring of feature development.
Providing functional insights to developers’ and support’s questions.
Supporting the QA team in analyzing functional tests and the CSM team in customer communication and follow-up.
Communicating internally about product developments, via reviews for example, and becoming a true product expert at Quable.
You will be directly attached to the Head of Product and will work:
Very often with the technical teams.
Regularly with the QA and CSM teams.
Occasionally with UX/UI experts.
By definition, with all your colleagues.
Experience: You have 4 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product management and/or e-commerce projects.
Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
Expected Skills:
You have a Product vision and are capable of proposing complete functionalities (functional study, wireframe, user stories…).
You are familiar with the e-commerce universe.
You have already managed e-commerce projects and you know how to communicate with developers.
English fluency required.
Advantages:
