As part of our strong growth, we are looking for our future Global Head of Business Development Representatives.

Within the Sales team, and under the responsibility of Vincent, our Chief Sales Officer, you will be in charge of managing a team of 3 Team Leaders and 12 Business Development Representatives spread across France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, India and Mexico. You will also be responsible for ensuring the team’s growth to reach 25 people by the end of 2021 and 45 in 2022, with 2 office openings per year.

Missions :

  • Setting up the BDR team from scratch (currently managed by the Country Managers)
  • Create the necessary processes and roll them out across all countries
  • Analysing team performance, forecasting and reporting
  • Recruitment, management & support for teams on skills development
  • Leading the team in order to promote team cohesion
  • Ensure excellent collaboration with the sales team in each country
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, etc.)

Your Manager : 

Vincent : 8 years of Sales experience, 5 years at Partoo

His aim is to make Partoo a reference point for key account sales. To achieve this, he seeks to recruit people who are more knowledgeable than him in various fields and he supports his teams in a continuous training programme that is growing steadily.

He is kind to others and always seeks to highlight their good work. With his dynamism and loyalty, he is always fully behind his team in order to help them develop their skills and responsibilities with a good mix of support and autonomy, leaving room for initiative.

Required profile :

  • You have a first significant experience in managing teams
  • You are fluent in English 
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a plus
  • You are familiar with the world of start-ups and the tech space
  • You are down-to-earth and humble
  • You are autonomous, dynamic and proactive
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to show empathy
  • Your ability to analyse and summarise are second to none
