Founded in 2016, Otoqi is a VC backed French Start-Up, based on two main pillars: 50% Technology and 50% Operations excellence.

Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution: our proprietary platform offers lean and tech-enabled B2B solutions to the automotive industry, enabling car manufacturers, car leasing and mobility players to move and handle any car to any corner of Europe, within 48h.

Otoqi currently operates in France, Italy, Germany and plans to launch new countries soon.

In 2023, we carried over 300,000 missions for our customers, crushing any record and a demonstrating strong international growth

We are setting up a central operations team to support the growth of all Otoqi countries and are looking for driven managers to join the company.

Directly reporting to the head of Ops Excellence at HQ, you will lead projects impacting operations in all Otoqi subsidiaries.

Your Mission⚡

• Identify operational problems, prioritise them and participate in building a project roadmap to solve them.
• Lead specific projects and coordinate with stakeholders at HQ and in each country.
• Follow-up on delivered projects with end users.
• Support local teams closely and help them solve country-specific issues.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex operational problems.
• Define relevant company-wide KPIs, help build their trackers and use them to ge

• Master’s degree
• Data driven and thorough
• Solution minded : you aim to solve issues with existing means
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in scale-ups is appreciated
• Knowledge of no code tools or coding is a plus
