In a context of strong growth and internationalization of the company, we are looking to accelerate our sales cycle and growth in Europe, while increasing the adoption of the product by current users.

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to help structure, grow and industrialize the efforts of the team of pre-sales and rail experts.

As such, your main task is to help acquire enterprise accounts with new customers in the European Market in general in close collaboration with the sale, customer and product teams.

  • You are a listener, you like to ask questions and your focus is to understand the customer’s pain points.

  • You are significantly involved in complex sales processes, in close collaboration with the senior sales managers.

  • You are the internal interface during the sales process with our technical teams and always keep learning about our industry.

  • You carry out product demos for potential and existing customers and are the first point of contact for technical queries.

  • You analyze customer needs - technically and far beyond - and derive product adequation with their needs

  • You participate and lead the RFI/RFP we receive to orchestrate efforts and produce the right documentation

  • You industrialize your efforts by producing templates and sharing best practices with your colleagues - such as ROI templates, business cases, demo datasets etc.

  • You forecast and manage your activities and your tasks very independently in order to achieve the common goals in the long term.

  • You share with the product and engineering team feedback from the market and prospects.


Profil recherché

  • You speak English fluently, both oral and written. French, German, and other European languages are a big plus as we are developing across Europe.

  • You have a previous experience in SaaS B2B Enterprise Sales Experience, and ideally with a knowledge of industry and/or logistic.

  • You have very good interpersonal skills, you are able to work with diverse teams and personalities, including in full remote.

  • You have your way with numbers and process modelling, you are comfortable building detailed business case analysis.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you carry out your projects independently, and you don’t hesitate to make proposals to improve things.

  • You are able to talk to C-Level executives as well as operational people.

The position is ideally based in France (Paris/Lille) or Germany (Duisbourg), but a remote position could also be discussed.
