To support this strong growth, our fintech is now looking for its next Back-Office Advisor F/H.

Within the Customer Department, your main tasks are:

• Handle complex back office actions from end to end (Customer Life, Claim, KYC, Recovery)
• Carry out reminders and requests for information on customer cases to service providers, customers and third parties, by phone and email
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes
• Contribute to the management of service providers, training and support to teams
• In conjunction with other countries, you will help back-office processes internationally

Your profile:
- You speak fluent English
- You have a first experience in a back office service
- You are comfortable with written and oral communication and are able to adapt to your internal and external contacts, from the most novice to the most demanding
- In your missions, you make every effort to help improve the customer experience while controlling risks
- You are able to make informed decisions based on your rigorous and effective analyses
- You have a taste for challenge and want to take up ambitious challenges to participate in the development of Nickel

- Formule 35h par semaine sur 5 jours: 1 samedi sur 12 travaillé, heures fixes (L/M 9h-17h30, M/J/V 9h-17h)
- Formule 35h par semaine sur 4 jours: 1 samedi sur 12 travaillé, heures fixes de 8h30 à 18h30, vous choisissez votre journée non travaillée
- Formule 39h par semaine: 1 samedi sur 12 travaillé, 3 semaines d'ouverture (8h30-17h30) et 1 semaine de fermeture (9h30-18h30)
