As of today, we have 2 BDR for the French market, 3 for the UK Market, 2 for the Italian market, 2 for the Spanish market, 1 for the German market and 1 for Netherlands. This team keeps growing : as you can see on Welcome To The Jungle, we have many Business Development Representative positions opened all across Europe.

You role : As a Head of BDR your role is to :

  • Take over a team of BDRs (France and International) and ensure consistent individual & team performance
  • Ensure continuous training. You will be responsible for ensuring that all your teams have mastered the language and processes
  • Contribute to the recruitment of new BDRs
  • Supervise the Onboarding of new BDRs and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Onboarding process
  • Lead new BDRs to quota attainment during the ramp-up period and beyond
  • Act as a complete manager: manage all HR & development issues of your teams
  • Elaborate with the Heads of Sales and Head of Growth Marketing the best commercial strategy of prospection on all the markets where MyTraffic operates
  • Define performance KPIs, build dashboards and reports adapted to monitor and control performance
  • Be the guarantor of the technical stack in collaboration with the Ops team and the ROI of these solutions

Profil recherché

This job is made for you if :

  • You have to 2-3 years of successful experience in a BDR/Sales position in the SaaS industry
  • You master modern prospecting techniques
  • You are comfortable with the main sales tools: Hubspot, Lemlist, Lusha…
  • You know how to analyze figures and base your decisions on concrete and factual information
  • You have at least one successful management experience: you have already succeeded in bringing small teams (2-3 people) to success thanks to your pedagogy: you like teaching and training young professionals
  • You have a natural leadership style that you constantly seek to develop and you know how to set an example.
  • You are passionate about the challenge of prospecting: calling, emailing, social, and physical. You have a competitive mindset, you never give up, and always look to exceed your limits.
  • You are humble, you appreciate feedback and are always to become a better version of yourself by learning new things and methodologies
  • You are totally Fluent in English
