As a Product Builder, your goal is to participate in the definition and creation of the chatbot products and drive their technical implementation with our clients. Within the Operations team, you will work closely with our Product Owner and Customer Success squads to manage and run the building of use cases with a high level of quality for each use case delivered. You will quickly become an expert of our AI technology and tools, and we will be an advocate for the best practices in AI-powered project deployment.

You will work with our Product Owners and Customer Success Managers to define, scope and build the use cases of our standardized bot products and adapt them to our clients specific needs. Your will be able to work on short term delivery projects as well as long term major projects with our Enterprise accounts. You will also participate in trainings of our clients teams and IT partners, as an expert you will guide them in the building of projects with our solution.

You will participate in the following tasks:

• Scope the functional definition and build the bot product features
• Dive into specific implementations with APIs and contents provided by our clients or partners
• Implement through our solution the user stories defined with the Product Owners
• Onboard clients and assist them on the definition and management of complex use cases
• Ensure that time and quality of delivery are met
• Provide technical advisory to our customers on complex use cases and investigate with tech team if required

• Higher education degree with Business and/or Software Engineering major (no coding skills required, but you will learn some with us !)
• Must be tech-savvy with high quality standards
• Basic knowledge of how an API works and a basic knowledge of any object-oriented language is a plus
• Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy and versatile team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality, with a can-do attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic, English and French (any additional language is a plus)
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
