Descriptif du poste

As the Head of marketing, you will be responsible for developing Mercateam’s positioning, brand image and growth, to enable Mercateam to become the European leader solution for blue collars employees in the industry. You will be both focused on driving the marketing strategy to develop revenue growth and the Mercateam brand, but also focused on delivering operational and tactical actions with the team on a day to day basis.

To excel in this role, and accompanied by the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Brand Development : Responsible for the development and management of the company’s brand, including creating a strong brand identity, managing the company’s reputation and promoting the brand to customers. You will lead the new website project development and will support HR for the Employer Branding part.

  • Growth

    • Ownership of the inbound funnel: you will have to increase our pipeline generation in inbound through putting in place the relevant top of the funnel initiatives (events, webinars, exec dinners, etc) and nurturing paths to build the funnel. Ensure our lead scoring and tiering strategies are optimal.

    • Outbound strategy: working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible to deliver a content oriented strategy related to our top sales priorities, and maximize the impact and the efficiency of the campaigns.

  • Content strategy: build a content approach consistent with our brand identity and growth objectives, and implement it with high-impact content, be the guarantor of the editorial line and publication schedule.

  • Management of the marketing budget: Management of marketing budgets and analysis of the return on investment of marketing campaigns, working in a quick test and learn way to adapt the marketing strategy based on ROI

  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Responsible for creating a marketing dashboard and analyzing marketing data, measuring the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns, and providing regular reports to company management to help make informed decisions.

  • Coordination of external service providers : Identify, evaluate, supervise, communicate and negotiate contracts with external service providers (advertising agencies, public relations agencies, specialized freelancers)

As the Head of Marketing, you will have a strong impact on Mercateam’s development over the next few years, creating the fundamental pillars of Mercateam’s brand and growth, with concrete results on the pipeline generation.


Profil recherché

Being the Head of Marketing requires a wide skills set and a high level of energy:

  • Creative and efficient : you have a strong ability to build a powerful brand identity, that will have a strong impact on our Go To Market (GTM) strategy and deploy an efficient

  • Data driven decision making : ROI is your north star, you set concrete business objectives, measure, adjust, permanently

  • Results and performance oriented : you already achieved strong growth marketing performances for both inbound and outbound pipelines generation

  • Hands on: you have a strong ability to flex between strategy and execution seamlessly and energized by a dynamic and fast-moving work environment

  • Experienced : you have a strong experience in Growth and Marketing (7+ years) in BtoB environment

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to make a compelling business case when prioritizing initiatives and work effectively across multiple teams, departments, and executive leaders.
