Your main missions:

  • Business Development
    Initiate and develop the commercial portfolio for the development of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and relevant associated services, including but not limited to digital and marketing solutions.
  • Sales & Revenue Operations
    Be at the forefront of execution when it comes to revenue and network monetization priorities.
  • Strategizing
    Work closely with Driveco’s senior leadership to tie global priorities to local insights to shape a compelling strategy around commercial, operations, marketing and product in order to achieve growth objectives.
  • Planning & Execution
    Establish annual budgets tied to annual commercial, operational and marketing plans and targets as well as an execution plan and local OKRs to drive the country team’s performance.
  • P&L Management
    Ensure operational and financial rigor to maintain a healthy P&L through smart investment decisions and operational efficiencies.
  • Recruitment & Management
    Set up and manage a team of top-performing commercial and operations experts and inspire them as a leader by doing the right thing and supporting them in growing.
  • Reporting
    Report on the performance of the local business, attend leadership meetings and take relevant actions to stay on track when it comes to targets and OKRs.
  • Representing Driveco
    Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media.

👩‍💻 Hard Skills

  • A minimum of 12 years work experience, ideally including time spent in commercial / sales leadership roles and/or operations or strategy.
  • Previous success in business-accountable roles. A track record of consistently delivering excellent results on both the commercial and operational fronts.
  • Strong track record of building, leading and engaging diverse teams.
  • Self-starter and collaborative leader. Everywhere you go, you can't help but mobilize people, build things and resolve challenges.
  • Evidence of successful complex stakeholder management across a variety of functions.
  • An appetite for taking smart risks in a fast moving, competitive and often ambiguous environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English. Additional European languages are a plus.
