Due to our continuous growth, we are expanding our passionate and motivated CarCutter team in Paris, France! Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Deployment Specialist to ensure a smooth & optimised technical onboarding for our beloved Cars customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting potential customers and supporting the sales team with your technical understanding to grow the business.
  • Leading communication and technical support (e.g. API integration) for our key accounts to find technical solutions
  • Leading the technical onboarding of key accounts
  • Drive technical development in line with customer requirements, working closely with IT and product management

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE

Hard-Skill Requirements:

  • Completed technical education
  • Solid IT experience
  • Some experience in pre-sales, technical sales or as technical consultant
  • Good basic technical knowledge of contexts as well as systems and architectures
  • BAS Basic knowledge of data transfers (e.g. FTP) and established storage solutions (e.g. S3)

Soft-Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
  • Ability to empathize with customers and identify needs
  • Language : French & Spanish

Of advantage:

  • Basic programming skills, knowledge of common API tools such as Curl or Postman. 
  • Experience in the following areas: DB, RegEx, sublime/multiline editing, database skills (SQL), confident navigating shell/Unix systems, shell scripting.
