Descriptif du poste

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting candidates who will contribute to Malou’s long-term growth.

  • Identify top talents in the market

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to meet Malou’s needs

  • Work closely with the different teams to identify talent needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans

  • Participate in the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection, including conducting interviews and making job offers

  • Conduct challenging and high-quality interviews for our candidates

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and various partners (schools, networks, recruitment agencies) to ensure a constant source of talent

  • Contribute to the optimisation of the recruitment process (ATS, dashboards …)

  • Provide regular reporting on your recruitment activities to drive recruitment initiatives forward.

  • You are proactive in suggesting improvements to our recruitment processes.
