As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting candidates who will contribute to Malou’s long-term growth.
Identify top talents in the market
Develop effective recruitment strategies to meet Malou’s needs
Work closely with the different teams to identify talent needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans
Participate in the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection, including conducting interviews and making job offers
Conduct challenging and high-quality interviews for our candidates
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and various partners (schools, networks, recruitment agencies) to ensure a constant source of talent
Contribute to the optimisation of the recruitment process (ATS, dashboards …)
Provide regular reporting on your recruitment activities to drive recruitment initiatives forward.
You have excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal skills
You are curious and organized in your work
You are proactive in suggesting improvements to our recruitment processes.
