As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind our customer operations intelligence. Your work will shape how we track performance, optimize service, and deliver insights to our partners.
You will:
Own and develop our data warehouse infrastructure, with a strong focus on scalability and usability.
Build and maintain internal dashboards and self-serve tools that power our customer operations team.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to ensure data is clean, structured, and actionable.
Write clean, production-grade SQL queries to model business logic and operational KPIs.
Maintain and continuously improve our data documentation so others can build on your work.
Stay curious: we’re excited by fresh thinking, bold ideas, and new tools that challenge the status quo.
This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
You might be a strong fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience working with modern data stacks in fast-paced environments.
Are fluent in SQL, and comfortable working in BigQuery and Looker.
Are excited to help design (and redesign) our data architecture and modeling layer as the business scales.
Take pride in clear documentation and reproducible data pipelines.
Are comfortable making trade-offs and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building systems from scratch rather than optimizing something legacy.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience supporting customer-facing teams with real-time data tools.
Have worked in or alongside operations, support, or logistics functions before.
Have opinions on the modern data stack—and the drive to improve it.
