We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented China Project Assistant (Internship) to join our Insight Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive studies focused on brand strategies, encompassing innovation & localization, communication, and distribution opportunities. Working closely with the team, you will also contribute to workshops and provide operational support for luxury/premium niche brands, targeting C-level and senior executives across diverse sectors such as fashion, watches & jewelry, beauty, wine & spirits, hospitality, and automotive.

Role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Insight Project Managers, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Project framing: assist in creating project agenda, template structures, and design layout.

• Project execution: conduct customized research, perform analysis, and contribute to production and synthesis of key findings.

• Insight Production: generate precise, clear, and structured key insights related to consumer behavior, market dynamics, trends, and competitor benchmarks.

• Cross-Cultural Coordination: provide expertise in both the Chinese and Global markets for EU clients and CN clients.

• Data driven, proactive, detail-oriented with high analytical skills.

• Chinese speaker, impeccable in English, French or any other language is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office pack.

• Passionate about the luxury industry, eager to learn.

• Previous work experience is highly appreciated.
