Job description
Context
To support Lucca's continued growth, we are looking for an International Product Specialist.
You will join the CS Knowledge team at a pivotal moment in its development, working alongside 11 other Product Specialists and local Customer Success (CS) teams in Switzerland and Germany.
The Customer Success Knowledge (CS Knowledge) team leads strategic projects that support Lucca's growth and the ambitions of the broader Customer Success (CS) team. Acting as a key point of contact for other departments such as Product, Sales, and Channels, the Knowledge team provides a 360° view of business and product initiatives.
You will be based in Paris and report to the Lead Product Specialist.
Frequent travel will be required to stay closely aligned with operational teams.
Missions
As the first International Product Specialist, you will play a key role in structuring and developing the CS departments abroad. Your initial focus will be on addressing the needs of the Swiss CS team.
You will act as the CS teams’ representative to other business and product teams, helping improve solutions based on consultants' feedback. You will support CS teams in their daily work, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to successfully implement projects and understand product features.
This role offers a balance between autonomy in driving your own projects and collaboration with other Lucca units.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Mastering local specificities (50%)
- Develop deep expertise in local regulations related to Lucca’s solutions and stay regularly updated.
- Challenge existing deployment methods to better incorporate local expectations.
- Create, adapt, and maintain internal (consultants) and external (client) assets for all solutions in French, English, and German, in collaboration with the Localization team.
- Serve as a liaison between local CS teams and the Product teams at HQ, highlighting market-specific needs, analyzing field feedback and quantitative/qualitative data, and proposing concrete action plans to Product teams and fellow Product Specialists.
2. Sharing expertise (40%)
- Create tailored training materials for the Swiss and German markets and deliver training sessions with support from experienced CS team members.
- Provide level 1 technical support to clients alongside the CS teams to enhance operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with other Product Specialists to ensure consistency in deployment processes and knowledge sharing.
3. Promoting the Product Specialist role (10%)
- Actively participate in team rituals to share best practices and address common challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by leading or supporting strategic departmental projects.
Profile
❏ Fluent in French and English (C1), and German (C2 minimum)
❏ Rigorous and experienced in managing complex, cross-functional internal projects
❏ Comfortable interacting with a variety of internal stakeholders

❏ Strong writing, communication, and synthesis skills
