What about your future team?

You will join the Marketing department, which brings together the Communications, Content, Creative Studio, Marketing Intelligence and Performance Marketing teams.

The Performance Marketing sub-team, made up of 19 people, is responsible for driving high-impact marketing levers to accelerate growth and maximize customer value. It works closely with the other marketing teams as well as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deploy innovative, data-driven strategies.

Let’s get specific: what will you do?

As Head of Customer Marketing, you are the driving force behind our cross-sell strategy. Your goal is to maximize the value of our base of 7,000+ direct customers by helping them discover the full richness of the Lucca ecosystem.

Your main challenges:

  • Strategy & Vision: You design and lead the overall cross-sell marketing strategy to turn single-product customers into multi-module users (up to 15 modules per customer).
  • Segmentation & Data: You identify opportunity signals and segment our base to offer the right product, at the right time, with the right message.
  • Unified Customer Experience: You build a seamless customer journey, making smart trade-offs between usage (adoption) and sales opportunities to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Team Alignment: As a true conductor, you work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG):You influence the Product roadmap to embed cross-sell natively in the interface (in-app) and streamline the user experience.
  • Management & Scalability: You manage a team of Marketing Managers and put the tools and processes in place to measure the impact of your actions on NRR (Net Revenue Retention).

Profil recherché

Sounds like you, doesn’t it?

❏ You graduated from a top business school or an equivalent university program.
❏ You have 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in fast-growing (scale-up) environments.
❏ You have a proven track record in Growth, Lifecycle, CRM, or RevOps marketing, with solid experience generating expansion revenue.
❏ You master Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-led strategies, and you can navigate between them to maximize commercial performance.
❏ You have worked in multi-product environments, and you can handle complexity while coordinating complementary offerings.
❏ You are comfortable in a scale-up or hypergrowth context, where agility and rapid adaptation are key.
❏ You are metrics-driven, with a rigorous approach to analyzing and optimizing every growth lever.
❏ You can lead cross-functionally, effectively influencing product, sales, and technical teams toward shared goals.
❏ You are a builder, with strong product intuition, expertise in marketing automation, and a strong bias for action and rapid experimentation.
❏ You have at least 2 years of experience in team management, and proven ability to develop your team members.
