Mission

At lemlist, we believe execution beats talk. We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Associate who will be the right hand of our Chief of Staff and CEO, helping us move faster on the projects that matter most.

This role is perfect if you’re a doer who combines structure, creativity, and adaptability.

You’ll be working on CEO branding, company rituals, special projects like M&A or pricing, and even hiring key roles when needed. Your main missions will be:

1/ CEO PERSONAL BRANDING – Amplify the CEO’s voice and visibility (25%)

  • Identify and secure relevant podcasts, events, and speaking opportunities with real impact for lemlist

  • Prepare narrative, audience insights, and logistics so the CEO is always ready to shine

  • Build ready-to-use, “wow” slide decks for keynotes and events

  • Research LinkedIn post ideas, prepare content drafts and visuals to boost CEO visibility and thought leadership

  • Connect CEO with key prospects or customers.

2/ STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Drive execution on high-stakes projects (25%)

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Chief of Staff to manage strategic projects (M&A, pricing strategy, strategic hiring, and overall company-wide initiatives)

  • Conduct strategic analysis (customer interviews, competitive benchmarks, modeling, business cases) to support decision-making

  • Take ownership of critical initiatives, ensure follow-up and accountability across stakeholders, making sure nothing slips

3/ COMPANY RITUALS – Keep our culture sharp & our team aligned (25%)

  • Prepare presentations for company’s rituals (bi-monthly all-hands, yearly team building) in collaboration with the design team and improve existing rituals

  • Ensure every presentation is inspiring, clear, and a reflection of lemlist’s culture

4/ WHATEVER IT TAKES – Hands-on support for the C-level (25%)

  • Be the ultimate problem-solver, ready to dive into operational details when needed

  • No ego, no excuses: you’re here to help the company move forward at full speed

  • Support the leadership team to speed up projects when needed

Preferred experience

Must have

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in consulting, or in a fast-scaling startup/scale-up

  • You’re a doer: you get shit done, fast, with high quality

  • You’re a structured thinker and strong communicator (written & spoken)

  • You’re creative and resourceful, especially in personal branding & content

  • You’re versatile: one day preparing a keynote, the next day you are managing an M&A project or performing a quarterly performance review

  • You’re fluent in English and French

  • You’re based in Paris (this is not a remote job)

Nice to have

  • Experience in content creation, design, or public speaking preparation
