We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Associate who will be the right hand of our Chief of Staff and CEO, helping us move faster on the projects that matter most.
This role is perfect if you’re a doer who combines structure, analysis, and adaptability.
You will operate at the center of decision-making: M&A, Pricing strategy, Performance management, Company rituals, CEO narrative.
You will sit where information compounds and decisions are made.
You drive high-stakes initiatives end-to-end, working hand-in-hand.
Examples
Perform market intelligence → interview customers to get learnings & insights
Build pricing scenarios → model impact on ARR, NRR, churn
Diagnose sales performance → identify bottlenecks, propose fix
Structure a board memo → clear decision, options, recommendation
Run due diligence on acquisition targets → financial, product, market
You ensure clarity scales faster than headcount, keep our culture sharp and our team aligned.
Every presentation must be inspiring, clear, share the vision and is a reflection of lemlist’s DNA
Examples:
Create bi-monthly all-hands presentations
Build kickoff and team building presentations
Improve ritual structure to increase execution velocity
You amplify the CEO’s voice and visibility
Examples:
Identify 10 high-impact podcasts that drive US inbound
Prepare keynote deck aligned with product vision
Craft narrative for AI-first positioning
Connect CEO with key prospects, customers, thought leaders
When something critical breaks, you step in with hands-on support for the C-level.
Be the ultimate problem-solver, ready to dive into operational details when needed
