Descriptif du poste

As Content & Marketing Manager, you’ll have a strong impact and play a key role in the management, production and distribution of our marketing content. Your objectives if you join us:

  • Make JOIN the go-to name for video-commerce content in Europe.

  • Build and develop a high-impact content machine.

  • Help our Sales and CSM teams close more deals through impactful storytelling.

Reporting directly to Jonathan, our CEO, you will have complete ownership of your projects and play a central role at JOIN, collaborating with our teams (Sales Operations, Design, Product).


Your scope of responsibilities:

  • 🎥 Coordinate our video content planning

  • Organize 2 to 3 video production sprints per quarter.

  • Coordinate and monitor our service providers (videographers, cameramen, editors,…).

  • Transform our events into impactful short-form content (Product Keynote,…)

    📄 Create key marketing assets

  • Produce or supervise key marketing assets (video case studies,customer success stories,podcasts with experts, etc.).

  • Support new product launches with scripts, vignettes, and nurturing content.

    🕊️ Ensure our LinkedIn content production

  • Manage our LinkedIn publications program (40-50 posts/month).

  • Define and develop our editorial strategy.

  • Work with ghostwriters to provide authentic, high-quality posts.

    📢 Maximize the impact of our content to develop our business opportunities

  • Transform our content into sequenced ABM and nurturing campaigns.

  • Integrate content into Sales/CSM processes (outreach, nurturing, onboarding, enablement…).

  • Track campaign results (reach, leads, conversion) and iterate with precision.

    📊 Coordination and execution

  • Take ownership of the editorial calendar and publication pipeline.

  • Manage briefs, freelancers, deadlines and final delivery.

  • Prioritize high-impact content in relation to our business challenges.

Profil recherché

  • You have over 4 years’ experience on a similar position.

  • You know how to manage simultaneous content production projects (written and video) for social networks.

  • You know how to convert strategic vision into solid execution.

  • You know how to manage freelancers and cross-functional projects.

  • You like to deliver projects with total ownership, but also take a step back to iterate.

  • You know to write content in English.


Déroulement des entretiens

  1. 30 min call with Mélinda, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to make sure our expectations are aligned.

  2. 1-hour interview with Jonathan, our CEO, to discuss more about your background, your motivation, your projection and answer all your questions.

  3. 1 hour practical case in our office with Jonathan, to get a better understanding of your skills.

  4. Culture meetings: A final on-site meeting to meet the team and discover our company culture.
