#About the Role
As our Enterprise Account Executive focusing on France you’ll play a key role in building long-lasting strategic partnerships. With a hunter mentality, you’ll be tasked to get in touch with C level Executives within French Enterprise accounts. Utilising your expertise and wealth of experience, you will lead the sales function of our B2B sales efforts in this country. Initially, you will be tasked with generating new business amongst relevant B2B accounts and expand our presence.


Profil recherché

#Is this you? (Requirements)
Fluency in French and English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 3-5 years of individual level b2b sales experience.
A strong professional network in the French-speaking region.
A proven strong negotiation and closing skills as well as good financial and business acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
Experience over-exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric based skill development and internal team management.
Experience working on complex contract negotiations.
Experience working well with others, rolling up your sleeves and being creative about developing creative solutions to complex problems.
An outstanding listener!
Experience working with Government and financial institutions would be a plus.
Must be a top performer and have a quota carrying role.


Déroulement des entretiens

#About the gig (Responsibilities)
Source, qualify, nurture, develop, close and contract new business opportunities.
Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organizational levels.
Display a systemic approach to managing challenging contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a time.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Ironhacks’ solution offerings.
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in determining win-based proposals and pricing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other functional areas internally at Ironhack, e.g. Education, Marketing, etc to ensure a collaborative approach to secure large enterprise engagements.
Generate proposals based on target client criteria or respond to tenders of target clients.
Ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients by working closely with the Ironhack operations team.
Meet or exceed personal targets for landing new clients and expanding existing customers.
Accurate pipeline management of open opportunities, new clients and potential customers.
Own quarterly sales forecasting and pipeline.
