We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of our modular platform to answer in the most intuitive way the complex challenge of Identity and Access management our clients face. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, guiding the whole development process (from scoping to go-to-market) while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure products that meet both business needs and regulatory standards.
Lead the definition and prioritization of product features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (security, legal, compliance, customer teams) and external partners.
Work closely with development teams to translate product vision into executable tasks, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of security and quality.
Own and manage the product backlog.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and sprint reviews to ensure efficient product development cycles and continuous delivery.
Oversee product validation and testing.
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress.
Ensure the feature go-to-market in close collaboration with Customer Success, Support and Sales team.
A Product Owner with at least 5 years of proven experience in complex software solutions.
You have a strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), with a deep understanding of the processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
You have a strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize features effectively, balancing business needs, security requirements and user experience to deliver added value in a continuous release deployment mode.
You have communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
You can efficiently work with English speaking team mates.
You should understand cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA, IAM solutions, zero trust architecture…)
If you have experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure AD) and other identity management solutions either through integration or design, it is a real plus.
The hiring process will include the following steps:
Interview with the team manager
Preparation and presentation of a use case
On-site interviews to meet the team, the HR manager and the CEO.
