What will you be doing?

  • Partner with Sales and G&A to deeply understand their hiring needs;
  • Iterate on the hiring process to improve efficiency and ability to close candidates;
  • Develop creative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened to support current and future needs of the our Tech ecosystem (ie working with specific groups/communities, developing new sourcing strategies…);
  • Take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment funnel: from sourcing to interviewing, and the best part, delivering offers!
  • Develop solid working relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor/partner in everything related to recruiting;
  • Drive process improvements by developing processes and initiatives with an innovative and data driven approach;
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure that recruiting strategies attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Profil recherché

What skills and experience do you need?

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in recruitment with focus on corporate roles and a great understanding of local + European (ideal) talent pools;
  • Strong relationship and consultative skills and the ability to influence, inform and negotiate with key stakeholders;
  • Empathetic, curious and a problem solver;
  • Outstanding team player;
  • You have strong abilities in prioritization, multi-tasking, and adaptability;
  • Fluency in French and English
