About the role:
The Project Manager is a customer-oriented role which is responsible for managing international deployments projects acting as the main point of contact for customer and ensuring deliverables quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Missions:
Reporting to the Head of PMO, your mission will consist of:

Communication management:

• Manage internal and external communications to ensure the correct understanding about project progress

• Manage partners/suppliers’ deliverables according to project scope.

• Be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Establish strong governance and communication plans

Time and scope Management:

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Manage vendors and suppliers’ deliverables to ensure deadline achievement

• Monitor progress and do necessary adjustments

Integration and Quality management:

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Cost Management:

• Track project costs to be in line with budget

Resources Management:

• Manage staffing resource and project workload.

• Lead and synchronize with every team member to ensure an optimal collaboration

• Ensure timesheets for project are properly completed and tasks forecast is being created

Risk and Issues management

Contribute to the continuous PMO improvements.

• ou have a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as Project Manager
  and its full scope, ideally in the Telecom /Network / Cloud
  industry(B2B).

• You have enough technical understanding to provide the required guidance in IP networking.

• You are certified Prince2 or PMP (or have formal trainings in the methodologies).

• You are fluent in English/French.

• You are willing to work hybrid in Paris
