Do you have a passion for products? Are you an innovator? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that will help us to build from the ground the next big innovative solutions to address today’s most urgent protection gaps. ! Are you ready?  

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be fully responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle for your line of Products. To do so, you’ll have strong autonomy and ownership of your topics to help grow the business by identifying, building and rolling out innovative products  

As part of the Product team and reporting to the Head of Product, you will:    

• Lead product strategy of your line of Products, from product vision ideation to delivery. 

• Own the long-term roadmap and line of Product goals, lead execution across functional teams (BD and Tech mainly).

• Financial & Profitability: Participate in the definition of quarterly business and product objectives for your line of Products, define and track KPIs 

• Drive innovation: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs/experience of your line of Products through necessary research and disrupt the market with innovative solutions.

What you will bring

Background:

• You have 3 years of experience minimum with relevant experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing start-up environment or digital company, Insurance is a strong plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills:

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills: you use data to make informed decisions, measure product success, and track key performance metrics.

• You are a self-starter and have strong ownership: you roll-up your sleeves to get the job done

• You are able to pivot quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• You are a team player and you enable others to over-achieve

• You are fluent in English: this is our working language! French is not compulsory but you are welcome to practice at our weekly “Café Français”!
