Remote policy

At Indeez, our telework policy is designed to provide employees with a high degree of flexibility in managing their work schedules. Our approach includes a balance of in-office and telework days, with a standard arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days teleworking each week. Additionally, we offer a reserve of 15 telework days per year, which can be utilized as needed to accommodate unique circumstances.

I find a lot of value in coming into the office most days, professionally and socially, and as a Brit, being able to cycle to and work out of really great, central Paris offices is a real pleasure. That said, Indeez' flexible approach to homeworking is certainly a benefit for staying on top of life outside work without needing to plan too far in advance, and with the teams being based across multiple countries we're totally used to getting things done through virtual meetings and collaborative file sharing.
