IDOYA, an “entreprise à mission” since its creation and Pending B Corp since April 2022, is a consulting firm specialized in transformation and change management. IDOYA advises and supports companies, organizations and investors from all sectors, in France and internationally, in the implementation of their business transformations.
IDOYA works with senior executives, Human Resources functions and operational teams, helping them deliver the strategic ambition at all levels of the organization, right down to the day-to-day work of teams.

Examples of our missions
We mainly deal with human issues: changes in organization, governance, management, operating methods, business and cultural changes, etc. Our interventions cover a broad spectrum of issues, from the architecture of major strategic programs to their deployment, with the collective mobilization of players: to put a CSR policy into practice, to improve operational efficiency, to optimize costs, to develop the customer culture, to develop an employer brand and the employee experience, etc.
They can also be focused on cross-functional HR or managerial issues: redesigning HR policies and processes, social dialogue, development of managerial skills, hybridization of work models and practices, etc.

Your responsibilities
As a senior consultant, you will be entrusted with two types of missions:
Work on missions / projects, supervised by a manager or a partner, for clients in all types of sectors (no sectorization of consultants at IDOYA) …and supervise interns
Carry on internal missions to develop the firm’s reputation, its positioning, its image with external stakeholders and its CSR policy, with a high degree of autonomy.
The work environment and your integration
Our offices are located in the 9th district with a view on the roofs of Paris, you can go there every day. If you wish to work from home, it is also possible. One of the firm’s managers will be your mentor: he/she will be in charge of your integration and will follow your development as you go along.

Preferred experience
Graduate of an engineering or business school, or a university, you speak French and English and:
Curious by nature, ready to take up challenges, you want to surpass yourself
Your analytical, listening and writing skills allow you to be quickly relevant in new contexts
You like to deal with several subjects at the same time and to take initiatives
You want to be part of a demanding, supportive and human-sized team
You have both an entrepreneurial spirit and a great rigor of execution
You have a first professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a company or in consulting on human issues
