Descriptif du poste

Your role will be to build and lead a top performing business and revenue operations team to help our clients facing teams gain in speed, accuracy, efficiency and performance by providing them with the right tools and processes.

This is a unique opportunity to build up a highly impactful team within a fast growing tech business with a strong social impact. The Head of Revenue Operations will play a crucial role in increasing our overall team’s efficiency and help the company achieve profitability.

Your missions will be:

  • Build and deploy our Revenue Operations strategy (data, tools, processes)

  • Be a thought partner and primary advisor to team leaders within the Client department

  • Collect and satisfy the client relations needs of the Sales and Customer Success and Admin functions to facilitate their daily work and reduce their operational load (scoring, nurturing, tiering, routing, workflows, knowledge…)

  • Lead the administration and optimisation of our CRM (Hubspot, Planhat), invoicing solution (Chargebee) and our other internal stack tools (Zendesk, …) to ensure data quality and to support the growth of the Client department (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and User Care)

  • Continuously build up and monitor existing integrations within our tool stack and be proactive in identifying and solving potential bugs

  • Work closely with the Data team to help internal stakeholders think and build operational dashboards to monitor their performance

  • Leveraging those dashboards, drive continuous improvement through standard operating business reviews, including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to monthly and quarterly go-to-market business reviews

  • Analyse teams KPI proactively and suggest creative solutions to solve bottlenecks in our business processes

  • Define/deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the Client department (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, discounting, etc.)

  • Support periodical planning cycles, including setting goals, territory design, incentive mechanisms and cascading our financial business plan

  • Document in user-friendly bibles and communicate regularly everything you put in place, and continuously train the teams so that they appropriate the tools and processes for their daily use

  • Manage, lead and grow a team of A-players

Profil recherché

  • You have a meaningful experience in senior business operations role in a tech company or a fast growing scale-up

  • You have strong technical and project management skills alongside a proven business acumen and successful past collaboration with client-facing teams

  • You have demonstrated technical problem solving abilities during your previous experiences

  • You have demonstrated ability to drive change abilities during your previous experiences

  • You have already managed during you career

  • You speak English AND French fluently
