This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team with young and ambitious workers, the CRM team is here to support the marketing and sales teams in their growth and international expansion in the UK and US 🌏

You will be in charge of the development, implementation and optimization of campaigns sent to our incoming leads and our customers. Your main tasks consist of doing a market segmentation and identifying prospects to convert to clients, upsell our product, maintain a high retention rate with clients and manage customer satisfaction

✔️Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Identify CRM opportunities to send relevant and personalized content at a key moment in the customer journey
• Continuous optimization of these journeys through A/B tests
• Create email campaigns for our incoming leads and customers : email template and formalization of the need for visuals with our graphic designers
• Participate in the development of the CRM activity in collaboration with the Tech, Data teams, in several phases of the customer journey
• Create dashboards and reports (Google Data Studio, Hubspot reporting, Metabase, etc.) following the definition of key KPIs
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automation and ad-hoc campaigns

You are the candidate we are looking for: 💪

• You are autonomous and a fast learner that can easily adapt to different situations
• You are organized and rigorous
• You are creative and can master a visual composition tool
• You have technical and analytical skills as your main goal is to convert prospects into clients
• Prior 1-2 years of experience with a startup/scaleup in CRM
• Aware of and interested by environmental issues, basic carbon accounting knowledge and/or eager to learn more
• French & English fluency
