You’ll join the Incidents squad—a team of four engineers within our 50+ strong engineering department—working together to build and ship features that help to manage and close incidents in the app.
Some incidents, if abused, can cause millions of dollars in damage. We deeply believe that providing a smooth and efficient experience to our users is key. Detecting incidents without helping to solve them is just noise! We need a powerful UX and a clean UI to achieve this.
