About the Team: 

The role of the Alliances Team is to identify, train & manage a network of external partners in countries where FuturMaster is not implemented: mostly Europe (except France and the UK), the Middle East and Africa. These partners are called Value Added Resellers (VAR).  

The Alliances Team is an incubator inside FuturMaster: a new VAR is a new entrepreneurial adventure for the team to build from scratch. From sales enablement to marketing practices, including knowledge of the solution and implementation, the Alliances Team on-boards & assists the new partners until they are completely autonomous to represent FuturMaster in their country, sell and implement the solution for customers on their own. 

The team can also rely on other departments at FuturMaster (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Consulting) to support them if needed during the on-boarding of a VAR. 

Job Description: 

After the Sales Development Representative team has identified and prospected a new VAR according to specific criterias, the role of the Alliances Consultant is to: 

  • Introduce FuturMaster to the new partner through a first meeting & qualify the fit to sign a partnership agreement.  

  • Present a product demo to the VAR so that they can have a first look at the solution and begin to understand our sales practices. 

  • On-board and train the new VAR on Sales Enablement (pre-sales, product demo, closing), marketing practices (content, communication), the solution & the implementation (technical knowledge) in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Consulting & Customer Care departments of FuturMaster. 

  • Assist the new VAR on its first sales cycle (tenders, product demo, commercial offer) and first customer project in collaboration with the Consulting team of FuturMaster. 

  • Assist the VAR in implementing their first project 

  • After the new VAR successfully completed its first project, monitor & follow-up on Customer Care ticketing.

Profil recherché

Let’s check out what we look for the best fit: 

  • You have experience in creating, leading, driving & training networks, communities or partners and are recognized for your ability to engage and unite 

  • You have experience in implementing an APS-type software 

  • You have skills and experience in project management in Supply Chain 

  • You are used to working in an international environment and are fluent in English, a third language is a bonus (for example Spanish, Deutsch)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A quick first call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to introduce you to FuturMaster, the position, answer your questions and ensure a match with the challenges and expectations (20 minutes)

  • An interview with the Manager of the Alliances Team (1 hour)

  • An at-home personality and logic test (2 hours) followed by a debriefing with a consultant (45 minutes)

  • A third interview with the General Manager EMEA (1 hour)
