You will be joining a dynamic and results-driven team of B2D (“business to developers”) Go-to-market professionals.

We have high expectations for inbound conversion, so your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Relaunching our main channel of attraction, the inbound machine.

  • Collaborating with the Business teams to identify and research relevant business targets and opportunities worldwide.

  • Successfully engaging with the pipeline and driving conversions.

  • Developing the initial sales strategy.

  • Understanding customer needs, especially technical requirements, and the buying cycle to gather crucial prospect information, generate interest, and attract customers.

  • Leading outbound initiatives such as emails, cold-calls, video-mails, social selling, and events to generate leads in well-identified niche markets and help achieve our revenue goals.

  • Participating in the full Sales cycle with prospects, from the discovery call to closing the contract.

  • Proactively engaging with Forest Admin’s market to gather insights, trends, and competitor analysis, and providing feedback to the product and marketing teams.


Profil recherché

We are seeking an ambitious Technical Business Developer who is ready to hustle and demonstrate grit! We refer to it as the Lumberjack/jill attitude! Building a brand-new product class from scratch is no easy task. Working in Sales at Forest Admin requires resilience, comfort with an ever-changing environment, and the ability to navigate through complex sales cycles.

We are looking for someone who meets most of these criteria:

  • Previous strong technical experience (SQL, web development knowledge).

  • Proven track record in a Sales/Business development role in a SaaS environment.

  • Highly entrepreneurial, enjoys the challenges of early-stage business development.

  • Skilled in Sales negotiation and closing deals.

  • Able to be hands-on and tactical in their work.

  • Believes in the “test and learn” approach.

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (our working language!).

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear reporting, and friendly demeanor.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, Mélodie.

  • Interview with our Revenue Director, Louis.

  • Case study followed by a debrief interview with the team.

  • Interview with our CEO, Sandro.

  • Reference checks and communication of the job offer.
