MISSIONS :

Is responsible of the CRM Backlog his/her business perimeter

Identifies business needs in CRM Backlog
Describes each feature retained in the form of a “user story“
Prioritizes “user stories” within the Product Backlog
Coordinates and leads the network of actors linked to the functioning of the application
Ensures that the business priorities are respected according to business added value criteria

Identifies the expected features and selects those that provide the most value or benefits to users
Ensures that the quality of the delivery is in line with business expectations

Accepts or refuse the “Stories” implemented by the development teams
Performs and organize the running of users/business tests
Communicates on the progress of product realization to management and users
Organizes demo for new functionalities
Is able to make decisions for his/her business perimeter (in line with the pace of development of the IT teams)

Contributes to define and plan product releases / versions
Responds to clarification requests issued by development teams on “Stories”
Is responsible for the solution, reporting and support functions for his/her business perimeter.

Technical skills

At least 5 years working in a Salesforce CRM Project. Salesforce certification is appreciated.
Functional and Technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and application maintenance.
Agile Project Management.
Must have excellent spoken and written communication in English. French or/and other European languages a plus.
