Your role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales performance and execution within France. In this role, you will be responsible for translating global sales strategy into effective local execution, ensuring that the team consistently meets and exceeds its targets.

As a key leader in the local organization, you will coach and develop the Account Executives, optimize sales processes, and support complex deal-making. Together with the global head of SDR you will build on a strong alignment between AE’s and SDR’s. this You will also play an important role in fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Assessio’s values.

This position requires a results-oriented, analytical leader with a passion for coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Driving revenue and performance:

  • Owning and delivering on ARR and revenue targets

  • Turning strategy into clear, actionable sales plans

  • Keeping tight control over pipeline, conversion, and activity

  • Driving consistent, high-quality execution across the team

  • Opening the French market for the full Assessio offering

Building a winning team:

  • Coaching Account Executives to perform and close at a higher level

  • Ensuring strong alignment between AEs and SDRs

  • Holding the team accountable through clear targets and feedback

  • Creating and fostering great teamspirit with in the local office

Closing and winning deals:

  • Supporting and driving complex, high-value deals to close

  • Leading negotiations and removing blockers

  • Keeping full visibility on key opportunities and risks

Optimising and scaling performance:

  • Driving accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline

  • Ensuring CRM quality and data-driven decision-making

  • Continuously improving how we sell and win


Profil recherché

You are a commercial leader who leads from the front. You combine sharp execution with strong coaching and don’t shy away from targets.

What you bring:

  • 6+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record

  • Experience in leading or coaching sales teams

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills

  • Confidence in closing complex deals

  • A data-driven and results-focused mindset

  • Excellent French & English (written and spoken) — comfortable operating daily in an international group environment.

Déroulement des entretiens

We practice what we preach. We ask you to complete an assessment consisting of three parts: a cognitive ability assessment, a personality assessment, and a motivation questionnaire.
