Elevo had a tremendous growth over the last 24 months and we are setup to continue on this great ambition. We are looking for a Finance Director or CFO (depending on XP) to help us sustain that growth and take a key part of our organization.

As the Finance Director / CFO you will work closely with our CEO and COO. They are looking for a responsible and driven team member who will help them bring Elevo to the next step of the adventure

Missions

Owner of all Finance topics

• Structure Finance department
• Prep finance KPIs and reporting for investors and Board meetings
• Business forecasting & Financial strategy
• Oversee accountant and CAC missions,
• Cash management and billing process
• Fund raising
• etc…

Business Partner

• Analyze company strategy ROI
• Help teams forecast budget, track goals and optimize budget allocation
• Challenge global fund allocation to improve company growth
• Drive one-off operational projects (CS upsell strategy, contract and billing process, …)
• etc…

Coordinate Admin & Legal topics

• Contract management
• Relationship with accountant for tax declaration
• Legal business management (general assembly, …)

Skills 🎯

• You are fluent in English (Oral and written)
• You have a solid past experience in a role that includes finance and strategy
• You previously occupied a CFO or similar position where you also worked on Ops, Business or Legal
• You have a very analytics mindset
