Your missions

Your role and responsibilities will be key to ensure that our customer-facing teams are equipped with the right content, tools and processes, and that they are well enabled to use all these resources in the best way possible. You will work as a link between many teams internally with great opportunities to discover many aspects of the organization, and you will be able to quickly experience the high impact of the initiatives you'll be running all along this internship!

How you'll contribute:

  • Lead onboarding programs for EMEA sales teams and be their best support during ramp up,
  • Support the enrichment of our learning platform, the Sales Academy, with new content and courses for customer-facing teams,
  • Coordinate subject matter experts for live training sessions, or recorded learning, and work with sales teams to identify their needs,
  • Leverage professional streaming/video equipment and software to create engaging content (you'll have a complete Cybel Studio at your disposal!),
  • Support the Enablement and Marketing teams with various projects as business grows!

Requirements

  • You are looking for a gap year or end of studies internship as part of your training in a business school or engineering school
  • French and English fluent
  • Willingness to work independently
  • Dynamic and curious
  • Strong ability to adapt to a start-up environment
  • Good priority management, organized and rigorous
  • You are proactive, positive and a team player
  • Remote work allowed with a few of days per week in the office (Paris 8)
