What will be your role ?

Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Sales Ops Team as a Sales Ops Analyst

Your mission is to act as a day-to-day support and be part of Sales' successes, supporting the acquisition strategy and help the teams increase productivity. You will also support the Marketing & Finance leaders.

-> As a Sales Operations focusing on the end of the sales funnel, you will focus on optimizing the current closing process to enhance the customer experience journey and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

From facilitating seamless handovers between Sales and Onboarding teams, improving the autonomous client signature on the App or managing data related to signed contracts and monthly rolling forecast, your role will be pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the sales function.

-> As a sales partner, you will also work closely with the Sales Account Management team in charge of Upsell and Price increase campaigns in projects to maximize Payfit’s Growth Margin and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), while overseeing processes for partnerships, upsell, price adjustments, and New Customers within our customer base.

You will have a great exposure to leadership, strategic decisions and team structure. 

Your missions :

-Process optimization 

-Deeply understand the acquisition funnel and the related Sales processes

-Be the owner of operational projects to proactively improve, optimize and challenge current internal processes. To carry out these tasks successfully, you'll also need to build projects, define roadmap and surround yourself with the right stakeholders (project management)

-Sales strategy and analytics 

-Define and improve KPI monitoring by adjusting data tables with Data team and developing tools (dashboard, reports, presentations) to enable Sales, Marketing, Product & Finance teams tracking sales activities to business results

-Drive KPI and acquisition funnel analysis routines with Marketing and Sales leaders to highlight relevant business actions associated

Note : as PayFit is a very dynamic company that build trust and quickly give responsibilities, the assignments can definitely evolve according to the needs and your skills/preferences.

-Sales leadership

-Business Tech solution (team managing PayFit business tools and in particular our CRM which is Salesforce)

-Sales enablement team (part of the Global Sales Ops team)

-Product team and Product Marketing Team (especially Product team in charge of the self-acquisition and the self-onboarding on Payfit Platform and of Pricing & Monetization teams) 

-Data team (for creating/improving new data tables or metrics)

-CS teams (Onboarding and Account Management teams)

-Finance team (especially Finance Business Partners)

This job has been tailored for you if : 

-You have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in (AND/OR):

a Sales related role (Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, Sales, Sales Ops, etc.)

an analytical role (Analyst, Consultant, Finance roles, etc.)

-You are looking for a 6 month internship starting in July 2024. 

-You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment

-You are a real team player with strong interpersonal skills who wants to interact with different stakeholders and departments in the company

-You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person. You appreciate to have ownership on project management or operational missions

-You are a strong problem solver and a data lover
