About the role:

We are looking for a meticulous Executive Assistant to support 2 members of our C-Suite. As the Executive Assistant, you will be an essential partner and will provide high-touch support to help our executives  stay focused on the most important priorities. You will have direct access to the leadership team and will report directly to the CFO. The role provides the opportunity to understand the nuances of scaling a successful and meaningful enterprise, and will give the Executive Assistant experience with managing an ever-changing environment as a key member of our team. 

What you'll do:

  • Support our executives with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. 
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure that schedules are followed and respected.
  • Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the executive team members. 
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between our teams and other internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff. 
  • Work closely and effectively with these leaders to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • You will act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the leaders updated. 
  • Tactfully, thoughtfully, and joyfully coordinate and execute on all details of administrative projects and tasks.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Represent Contentsquare’s brand by projecting a professional image.
  • Continue to invest in learning and living Contentsquare’s mission, culture, values.
  • Occasionally handle personal matters for our executives as needed.
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in roles with progressively more responsibility in supporting at least one C-level executive
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Windows, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Social Media platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook). You are plugged-in and digitally savvy
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail 
  • Expert ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization from interns to execs
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability 
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently 
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals, making decisions, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
  • Flexibility and commitment to excellence, as well as emotional maturity. You are an ambassador who creates a superior experience in-person and virtually for everyone whose paths cross with our teams
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • The ability to occasionally travel internationally
  • Fluent French and English essential
  • Worth knowing:

  • Permanent full-time role (CDI)
  • Location: in the centre of Paris (7 rue de Madrid, 8e arrondissement)
  • This role is not open to full remote: you need to be present in Paris 3-4 days a week at least (regular in-person client meetings & internal team collaboration)
